14-DAY FREE RETURN POLICY - DOMESTIC ORDERS
We appreciate a timely effort to try on and decide on your order. Details:
Return unworn, tagged items within 14 days of receiving your order, using the label included in your order packaging.
Money will be promptly refunded through the method of payment you used to purchase the item. One free return label per order.
After 14 days, our 30-day policy applies.

Local? Bring it back to the brick and mortar shop. Full refund. Current hours and directions, click here.
If you prefer another item on our website, we'll work with you to get the right size or style without no additional return postage or shipping costs to get the exchange to you.
Get store credit.
If you don't want to immediately choose an exchange, choose store credit. It never expires and comes to you via an email as a code for future checkout.
Ship it back for a refund. When you use the shipping label we provide, you’ll be refunded the price of returned items minus $7 for U.S. orders. Yes, you can return using your own shipping method to avoid the $7 charge. You might even save a little money. But we don't reimburse your shipping costs, and save that tracking number! National Picnic is now putting a pre-printed return label in every shipment. Look for the label with instructions in your package.
If you didn't find or keep your packaged paperwork, follow the backup method below:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll get human interaction helping you begin the process. Let us know what's coming back.
2. We'll send a label through email for you to print out and affix on your return.
3. Stick it in the mail. Status updates will be emailed regarding the progress of your return.
Any returns accepted after the 30-day window can only be given store credit.
Worried about getting something defective? Don't be. Let us know. You won't be charged in any way for stuff we screwed up.
Did you purchase your item from a temporary National Picnic tent, like Clover Market? We can look up credit card purchases to complete a return, send us an email.
Purchases made with gift cards will receive nationalpicnic.com credit in the form of an emailed virtual "gift card". Gift cards are not returnable, but if you lost a card, please send us an email, we can help.
National Picnic cannot process returns of items purchased from third party retailers, other shops, ebay, or other websites that are not nationalpicnic.com.
